solid wooden face

A solid wooden face, possibly from a coffin. It is plastered and painted white with the facial detail in black, the lips are uncoloured. At the top is a broad peg where the headdress or wig would have been affixed and here there are traces of red and blue paint. A red line follows the side of the face down from the forehead.
